Our product formulations are "stress-tested" at high and low temperature intervals, and though sometimes you could potentially see color or density changes, there will be no changes to the safety or efficacy of our collection items.

Its is imperative that you read the Key Ingredients for each product prior to purchase, to ensure you aren't purchasing a product the contains an ingredient that you may be allergic to. The Grooming Professionals™ ("TGP") Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
TGP ships worldwide with certain territory limitations ( Afghanistan, Brazil, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, South Africa, Portugal, South Africa, Syria & Yemen due to unreliable postal services).
We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Generally, our all-natural products are "made-to-order", which means that: we batch orders in reasonable quantities to ensure product efficacy, packaging, and manufacturing.
After fulfillment: orders with Standard Shipping are within 6 - 8 business days (excluding weekends). Priority Shipping please allow (2-3) business days. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Please Note: If orders are ready to be shipped prior to the general timeline above (what we aim for), you'll receive them according to the Postal Service schedule once your order has been sent to the Courier.
Subscription Customers will receive their products based on their subscription schedule. We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Backordered products are shipped immediately after restock and processing.
Multi-Order: For multiple items (two or more), we combine their items and ship them to customers in one unified package.

Change of Preference or Mind
If you simply have a change of heart or preference as to your provide, we do not provide refunds for this case. Special factors will be taken into consideration in exceptional circumstances. However, you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase from TGP All orders placed with distributors or retailers must be initiated by way of their respective Refund or Return Procedures.
Furthermore, the merchandise must be: (1) in salable condition; (2) unused maintaining all original packaging and contents; (3) returned to us with any and all complimentary or gift items received in combination with the merchandise (when applicable); (4) not subject to exclusions indicated below; and (5) the refund is initiated within ten (10) days of purchase.

TGP, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
TGP will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy. A photo must be provided to the TGP team supporting the claim.
Tendering Accepted Returns - Absolute
Refunds are distributed back to the customer's original form of payment.
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, TGP has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
Merchandise purchased with complimentary items or bonuses, require that those items in addition to the purchased item be returned (unless otherwise stated). Customers who fail to return complimentary or bonus items overall or return them in subpar conditions, will receive a reduction in their refund price by the value of the complimentary or bonus items.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Privacy when making a return
TGP is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of TGP research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
Sales: If products are on sale they will not be refunded.
